POTTY TIME!
Last week I started potty training Owen. He is doing really well! Nights are a little hard still, but overall I think we are there. He thinks it is great and loves to sing Potty Time when he is going. I can't believe my baby boy is so big. He really doesn't need me much anymore. Except at bedtime when he says "mom hold" and grabs my arms and wraps them around him. Most days I can't wait until he is big enough to buckle himself in the car seat, and stay in it, but days like today I really miss the baby who wants mom to help him.

St. George
Last weekend we went to St. George to watch the Bear River High School Baseball Team. Clint's two nephews Colton and Dillon are on the team as well as his cousin Dallas. The weather was so nice. It felt so good to sit outside in the sun and watch the games. And after all the time I've been with Clint I have to admit that I actually like to watch Baseball. The kids loved being able to run and play. Clint's parents were there, they have been out and about in their trailer for a couple of months. It was so nice to see them and and Clint's brother and his family. I really didn't want to come home. It makes me really antsy for spring and summer. It will be so nice when the kids can spend the day outside running around.

Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde
Then today he switched to his sweet side and loved and snuggled up to Tatumn. Then when Clint went to leave for work he told us all he loved us and I replied "I love you too babe". Owen thought it was the funniest thing and kept yelling "I love you too BABY". All morning alls I heard is Dads a Baby. He can be so naughty and sweet!

Driving Me Crazy!
On Saturday I had to go up North and teach. It's a long ride for the kids. For the first half of the drive the kids were great, about Layton things got outta control. Owen started screaming because Tatumn was to close to his car seat. Tatumn of course had to push the limit and get as close as she could without actually touching it. In the meantime I was up front trying to figure out a way to turn off the child locks and push both kids out! We made it up to Tremonton with both kids safely in the car, but I needed a straight jacket and was greatly looking forward to leaving them for the day. Luckily the ride home was better or I would have thrown myself out or I would have bought a bigger vehicle so my kids wouldn't be able to bug each other. It really makes me wonder how my parents were able to drive to Florida and back with all 5 of us kids in the back. Now that I think about it I can remember my dad threatening to pull over and get a switch. I guess I'll have to try that threat because it sure worked for us.
